With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Hartman of Staunton, Illinois, born in Belvidere, Illinois, who passed away on August 23, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Thayer and Helen Thayer (Thorton); her siblings, Jimmy Thayer, Reggie Abernathy, Tommy Abernathy and Bonnie Hartman; and her daughter-in-law Delisa Hartman.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Jo Daniel (Buddy) of Crainhill, AL, Danny William Hartman of Cleveland, TN, Dori Rhodes (Kenny) of Staunton, IL, Lee Hancock (Terry) of Litchfield, IL and Bagi Byambajov (Mina) of Mongolia; her grandchildren, Autumn Hearn (Conner), Brooke Wacker, Lucas Munds (Renee), Kyle Jon Hartman (Mara), Graham Christopher Hartman, Ben Rhodes (Esther), Phil Rhodes (Nicole), Jake Rhodes (Mia), Josh Rabida (Brandi), Cassie Royer (Shawn) and Joe Byambajov; and her siblings, Susan Hohm (Mike) of Rockford, IL, Penny Grooms of Belvidere, IL and Steven Abernathy (Anita) of Caledonia, IL. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
