Ruth G. Leveling Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth G. Leveling of Staunton, Illinois, born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony F. Leveling, Jr.; her children, Bob Leveling and Carol Ann Leveling; her son-in-law Michael Scannell; her granddaughter Erin Colleen Scannell; her parents, George and Wanda; and her sisters, Dolores Casey, Judy Nuccitelli and Norma Zarter.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Leveling (Cheri), Susan Scannell and Peggy Van Asch (John); her daughter-in-law Barb Leveling; her grandchildren, Katie Leveling, Mark Leveling (Alex), Ellen Ruth Dyer (Bryant), Phil Leveling (Wendy), Tim Leveling, Emily Ham (Chris), Megan Greive (Jeff), Ryan Scannell, Neil Van Asch (Megan), Tommy Van Asch (Marie), Greg Van Asch and Steven Van Asch (Abby); her great grandchildren, Molly, Toby, Thomas of Parker, A. J., Mae, Leyla, Maggie, Gus, Jacob, Moira, Kailie, Ella Ruth, James and Ruthie Leigh; and her siblings, David Zarter (Judy) and Lorraine Koch. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
