He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Scroggins and Nancy Scroggins (Adamik). He is survived by: his sons, Jon Eaves (Talia) of Staunton, IL and Joe Eaves of Staunton, IL; his grandsons, Connor, Carter and Zach Eaves; and his siblings, Otto Scroggins (Nancy) of Raymond, IL, John Scroggins (Michelle) of Staunton, IL, Nancy Scroggins of Harvel, IL, Maryann Scroggins of Staunton, IL, Ann Masinelli (Jim) of Staunton, IL, Jean Hainaut (Kenny) of Fosterburg, IL and Rena Smith of Staunton, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Staunton Fire Department Hall (215 S Wood St, Staunton, IL 62088).
