It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Carter of Staunton, Illinois, who passed away on March 5, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hayes and Lorraine Hayes (McAuliffe); her stepdaughter Jessica Hayes; her granddaughter McKennah Carter; and her brothers, Richard, Leo and William Hayes.
She is survived by: her son Raymond Carter (Kathryn) of San Diego, CA; her grandchildren, Nikolas and Ashleigh; her sister Sheila Hayes (Rusty Davis) of Bunker Hill, IL; and also Besides. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.
