He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Pernicka and Dorothy Pernicka Sanders (McGill); and his brother-in-law Gary Bergschneider. He is survived by: his wife Debra Pernicka of Staunton, IL; his sons, Michael Pernicka Jr. of Staunton, IL, Shawn Pernicka of Sawyerville, IL and Blake Pernicka of Prairietown, IL; and his sister Connie Bergschneider of Farmersville, IL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren & four great grandchildren.
