She is survived by: her husband Frank Kalika; her daughter Linda Kay Kalika of Effingham, IL; her granddaughter Allison Niendiek (Michael Cook) of Hugo, MN; her nephew Dr. Gary Pellizzaro (Debbie) of Ponte Verda, FL; and her niece Judy Yarnik of Staunton, IL..
