She is survived by: her husband Dennis Mayfield of Staunton, IL; her children, Carrie Borgini (Mike) of Edwardsville, IL, Mark Mayfield (Elizabeth) of Edwardsville, IL and Kristy Berg of Staunton, IL; her grandchildren, Victoria Tervasi (Luke), Joseph Borgini, Joshua Mayfield, Jenna Mayfield, Paul Berg, Colton Mayfield, Julia Mayfield and Laine Mayfield; and her brothers, Robert Straub (Cathy) of Edwardsville, IL and Larry Straub of St. Louis, MO..
