He is survived by: his wife Linda Heigert of Staunton, IL; his children, Scott Turner (Candace) of Waynesville, MO and Lisa Hemenover (Kyle) of Mokena, IL; his grandchildren, Bryce, Brynn Turner, Layla and Lily Hemenover; his brothers, Ron Heigert of Staunton, IL and Don Heigert (Marlene) of Staunton, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Heigert, Tammy Dooley, Shane Heigert (Lauren) and Melissa Heigert.
