She was predeceased by: her father Thompson A. Horton of Sneedville, Tennessee.; her grandmother Dora Mizer; her brother-in-law Bill Sanks; and her half-brother Silas Horton. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Brabec of Staunton, IL; her siblings, Charlotte Horton-Davis (Steve) of Lee's Summit, MO, Janie Sanks of Staunton, IL, Thomas Lark Horton (Barb) of Smithton, IL and Sammy Valerio (Judy) of Staunton, IL; her nephews, Christopher Heigert of Assumption, IL, Bobby LaRosa and Dustin Sanks of Staunton, IL; and her niece Dana Matesa of Staunton, IL..
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Staunton Methodist Church. RSVP appreciated, but not mandatory at 1-269-615-0698.
