It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Kennedy of Standard, Illinois, born in Spring Valley, Illinois, who passed away on September 7, 2023, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Margherio and Margaret Margherio (Bartolini); her daughter Judith Cavaletto; her granddaughter Lynn Piotrowski Cavaletto; and her siblings, John, Matthew Margherio, Valeria Riley and Irene Rhode.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Kennedy; her son Richard Brussock (Karen) of Granville; her grandchildren, Richard Cavaletto (Tammy) of Oglesby and Dawn Hamlin (Wally) of Bonita Springs, FL; her sister Shirley Ellena (Joe) of Standard; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Alex Hamlin, Ryan and Jeremy Cavaletto; and her great great grandchildren, Crew and Rhett Zellner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
