He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe V. Waud and Dorothy J. Waud (Parker); and his wife Joyce J. Johnson. He is survived by: his children, William J. Waud Jr. (John McDermand) of Springfield, Tracy Marsh of Springfield, Jill Richards (Jerry) of Yulee, Carrie Behl (Art) of Springfield and Tricia A. Waud of New Berlin; his sister Judy Gardner (Jerry) of Taylorville; and his cousin Mari Lynn Bates. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
