He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Harbour, and Alma Lucille Harbour, Sr. (Dickey); his sister Linda Kay Hammond; his sister-in-law Nancy Harbour; and his nephew Brian Way.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Harbour (Mindy) of Conroe, TX and Jennifer Martinez (Jose) of Fort Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Zoe Harbour (Jaylynn Martinez) and Martinez; and his siblings, Lou Ann Way (Robert) of Corsicana, TX and John H. Harbour, Jr. of Ft. Meyers, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
