With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vickie Sue Beal of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on September 2, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Carter and Ruth Carter (Lairson). She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Beal; her children, Russel Young, Traci Budd, Steve Beal (Ladonna), Dalton "Bubba" Beal, Robert Beal Jr. (Chris), Kathy Beal, Malinda Grafelman and Jeff Beal; her siblings, Kay Richno, Gene Carter, Johnny Carter and David Richards (Carter); and her pet Sterling. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
