He was predeceased by: his parents, Elgar Schmelzle and Patricia Schmelzle (Durbin). He is survived by: his siblings, Renee Mitchell (Tim) of Quincy and Bill Schmelzle (Anastacia) of Canton, MO.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great-nephews.
