He is survived by: his mother Jo Ann Petrella Wente of Springfield; his sisters, Carolyn Zink of Springfield and Marie Bukovic (John) of Springfield; and his aunts and uncles, Pat Kuhns, Alice Fisher, Rachel Wente, Don Petrella and Richard Petrella.
