He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Irvan and Virginia Elaine Bolinger (Luce). He is survived by: his brothers, John Bolinger (Donna) of Springfield and Chris Bolinger (Peggy Raabe) of Petersburg; and his nieces and nephews, Kirsten Beaman (Zach) of Taylorville, Katie Bolinger of St. Louis, Eric Bolinger (Rachel) of Springfield, Andrew Bolinger (Amber) of Girard and Kyle Bolinger (Ashlee) of Springfield. He is also survived by one great-nephew and two great-nieces.
