He is survived by: his children, Keith Forness (Jean) of Riverton, Amy Schlicht (Russell) of West Bend, WI, Kurt Forness (Megan) of Springfield, Susan Craddock (James) of Cadiz, KY and Laura Perrine (Erys) of Madison, WI; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Kira, Jay, Kate, Jacob, Ben and Sam; and his sisters, Darlene Bietsch of Edwardsville, Mary Ann Ralph and Ruth Ann Adams of Springfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
