With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas F. Hnizdo of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on June 8, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hnizdo and L. V. Hnizdo (Hamby); his brother Frank Hnizdo; and his nephew Orson M. Hager. He is survived by: his sons, Nathanial Frank Hnizdo (Kylea) of Petersburg and Kyle Arthur Hnizdo of Linn, MO; his grandchildren, Isaac, Luke, Samuel and Archer; his siblings, Edward Hnizdo Cameron (Sheryl) of Glendale, AZ, Robert Cameron (Melissa) of Hampton, GA and Roseanna Sinclair of Columbia, MO; his uncle Johnny Clayton; his nephews, Edward Cameron Jr. and Robert Cameron II; and his niece Alysia Garner.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Friends of Sangamon County Animal Control; Ronald McDonald House; American Cancer Society and Mighty Oakes Heart Foundation.
