He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Dibler and Ettie Rae Dibler (Bettis); his wife Kayla; his daughter Katie; his siblings, Brenda Dye and David Dibler; and his nephew Robert Dibler.
He is survived by: his son Thomas Wayne Dibler (Heather Hoffman); his grandchildren, Brooklynn, Kaylynn, Annalynn, Devon and Brightlynn Dibler; his sisters, Linda Gerson (Richard) and Rebecca Crays (Danny); and his uncle Harvey Bettis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
