He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold M. Barrow and Mary Glynn Barrow. He is survived by: his wife Mary Wilkin; his daughter Jessica Barrow; and his grandchildren, Tessa Barrow, Spencer and Avery. He is also survived by three siblings.
