She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan E. Rutledge and Hildreth King Rutledge; her daughter Tiffany Lynn Phillips; and her brother Raymond Rutledge. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" E. Phillips; her daughters, Shannon Marie Bowsher (Michael) of Northford, CT and Amanda Jean Phillips (Briar Hodson) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Braxton Phillips, Matthew and Lily Bowsher; and her siblings, Jeanie Withers of Springfield, IL and Carl Rutledge of Springfield, IL.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Staab Funeral Home - Springfield (1109 S 5th St, Springfield, IL 62703). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Protective League or to the American Lung Association.
