It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy L. Carstens (Springfield, Illinois), who passed away on December 17, 2018, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Foster and Maxine Beard Foster. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Harlan (Darryll) of Fairmount, Tara Burkhart (Nolan) and Nicholas Richards (Courtney); her grandchildren, Darryll II, Kiera Harlan, Nolan II and Maxwell Burkhart; her close friends, Lorna Hill (Joseph) of Fort Myers, FL and Penny McLaughlin (John) of Springfield; and her siblings, Cindy Foster of Springfield, Karen Beall (Paul) of Springfield, James Foster and Lorna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
