She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Rosella Skufca, James A. Putnam, Betty Putnam and Diana Putnam. She is survived by: her parents, Sally Ann Skufca Putnam of Springfield and Dennis Putnam (Theresa Bietsch) of Rochester; her grandfather John Skufca of Chatham; her siblings, Jacob Stapleton (Julie), Kelsi Worsham (Caleb), Nicole Stapleton and Erin Miller (Jake); her nieces and nephews, Wyatt, Willow "Big Will", Iris, McKena, Dean and Evelyn; and her cousins, Adeline, Eleanor and Jack. She is also survived by many other cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Memorial contributions may be made to Animal Protective League, 1001 Taintor Rd., Springfield, IL 62702 in memory of her love for animals.
