She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Coombes and Betty Coombes (Moore); and her stepfather Earl Stuffle. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Belk; her siblings, Terri Coombes and Rodney Stuffle; her niece Becca Hawkinson; her great-nephew Zack; and her great-niece Zerenity Hawkinson.
