He was predeceased by: his sisters, Darlene Terrell and Diane McMahan; and his nephew Ricky Terrell. He is survived by: his spouses, Judith Ann Moore and Judy of Springfield; his sons, Chris (Julie) of San Francisco and Joe of Salem; his brother Greg; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Moore, Tim Moore and Cathy Ray (Kevin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins in Illinois and the Gainesville, Florida area; and his canine companion.
