In the vast expanse of eternity, may Sharline find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McGillis and Stella McGillis (Zapel); her son David Christopher Antonacci; and her sisters, Geraldine Brady and Susan Patkus.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Antonacci (Dyk Luben) of Washington, NC, Scott Antonacci of Springfield, Kayla Antonacci of Springfield and Paula Antonacci of Springfield. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (1725 S Walnut St, Springfield, IL 62704). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blessed Sacrament School or to Hospital Sisters Mission Outreach.
