In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Seymour had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Seymour may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Goldstein Haber; and his parents, Lawrence Haber and Marion Haber. He is survived by: his children, Roger Haber (Nanci) of Coatesville, PA, Barbara Haber Dowds (Terry) of New Berlin, Lawrence Haber (Shelley) of Rehoboth, Steven Haber (Eric Korpon) of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Laurie Haber Zike (David) of Chattanooga, TN.. He is also survived by children and had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at the School Teacher and Leader of Christian. A graveside service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Camp Butler National Cemetery (5063 Camp Butler Rd, Springfield, IL 62707).
