He is survived by : his mother Patricia "Pat" Kulavic of Springfield; his children, Stephanie Bounds (Jeremy) of Dawson and Johnathan Kulavic of Springfield; his grandchildren, Jesse Langley, Chloe Bounds and Ariella Armstrong; significant other Melissa Kulavic; his siblings, Pam Brooks (Brad), Jason Strother (Elisabeth), Lori Hanson, Tony Kulavic (Tinia), Cheryl Knope (Fred) and Joseph Kulavic (Victoria); and his foster father Lynn Currie (Susan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
