She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy H. Scoggins and Georgette Scoggins (Elmore); her husband John E. Neuhoff; her brothers, Robert Scoggins and Roy W. Scoggins; her sister-in-law Jeris Scoggins; and her pet Coco.
She is survived by: her son Jim Neuhoff, Sr. (Rhonda Plummer) of Jerseyville; her grandsons, Mike Neuhoff and Ricky Neuhoff; her sister Roberta M. Nardin of Mt. Olive; her sisters-in-law, Roma Scoggins and Karen Collier (Neuhoff); and her pet Ivy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
