It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Carron of Springfield, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Carron and Shelva Jean Carron (Cauley). He is survived by: his spouse Luann "Herman" Hoefle; his children, Brian Carron (Kristy), Rebecca Gilmore (Dan) of Havana, Shelly Allen (Ernie) of Springfield and David Carron (Sarah) of Girard; his grandchildren, Preston, Azariah Carron, Haley, Erin, Gavin Gilmore, Sydney, Krista Allen, Dean and Everett Carron; and his siblings, Connie Thompson (Carol Skaer), Sandy Clossen (Tim) of Baldwin, Shirley Avellone (Joe), Jerri Richardson (Wanda Sins) and Archie Carron (Jeanette) of Belleville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
