He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Bell and Helen Bell; his son Tom Bell; his grandchildren, Heaven and Angel Emery; and his siblings, Bill Bell, John Bell, June Burkhart, Helen Bailey and Barb Elder.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Bell, Michael Bell, Crystal Emery (Chris) and Brittney Shepard; and his grandchildren, Dayton, Armani, Oaklen, Heath, Carson, Clayton, Caiden, Andrew, Skylar, Casey Jr. Ryder and Layla. He is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren.
