He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Harmon and Marie Harmon (Burke); and his sister Doris Long. He is survived by: his wife Jane Bierman; his children, Kristina L. Hughes of Springfield, David R. Harmon (Rachel) of Girard and Steve D. Harmon of Springfield; and his sisters, Sharon and Shirley. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
