He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Scott and Gloria June Wolf Scott; and his grandson Simon Kadyk. He is survived by: his wife Janet Ross Kadyk; his children, Melanie Dyson (Kyle) of Springfield, Tricia Sennings (Rick) of Chatham, Robert Todd Scott (Kelly) of Mattoon, IL, John Kadyk (Betsy Reeves) of Springfield and Jeff Kadyk (Heather) of Sherman; his grandchildren, Tanner, Sawyer, Kynley Scott, Ty, Cole Dyson, Shannon Kadyk, Nik Kadyk (Jessica), Jonah Kadyk (Danielle), Grace, Faith Kadyk, Shaughnessey Cotton (Dani Croll), Mitchell and Macie Sennings; and his sisters, Susan Boone of Springfield and Catherine Howell (Tom). He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
