He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty June Cox-Gorens and Robert Gorens Sr. Robert Gorens Jr.; and his niece Kendra Gorens. He is survived by: his daughter Alexia Starr Hamilton of Springfield, IL; and his sisters, Murdee Gorens-Mabery (Bobby) and Pamela Gorens (Darryl). He is also survived by brother.
