It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Andrew of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on April 28, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Andrew and Regina Keefer Andrew; his wife Eugenia Walsh; his sons, Jeff and Jerry; and his siblings, Jack, Mary Kelley, Lawrence, Carol and Norma Andrew.
He is survived by: his close friend Carolyn Lippa; and his children, Robert M. (Kristin) of Springfield, Daniel J. (Vicki) of Lake Wales, FL, John G. (Lisa) of Sherman, Thomas P., Patrick J. (Debbie) of Abingdon, IL, Carol Andrew (Ernie Nielsen) of Springfield and Kathleen Knorr (Scott) of Meredosia. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
