Richard M. Hadfield Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard M. Hadfield of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on April 1, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hadfield and Wilma Hadfield (Merrell); and his brothers, Roger and Ramon Hadfield. He is survived by: his daughter MayeBeth Hadfield of Chicago; his sister Ruth Ann McReynolds (Barr) of Quincy; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Hadfield of Columbia, MO and Donna Hadfield of Quincy, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to "Calvary Church" or "Childhope" through which the Hadfields founded and continue to support a K-12 school in Teotitlan Oaxaca Mexico.
