C., Michael Tate (Cindy) of Orlando, FL. and Barbara Hammond (David) of Johns Creek, GA.; and his in-laws, Richard Shake (Harriet) of Sullivan, IN., Lisa Sluder (Neal) of Sullivan, IN. and Ron Shake (Paige) of Sullivan, IN.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
