He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Quinn and Gladys Quinn (Coulter); and his siblings, Thelma Vincent (Quinn), Ronald and Gerald Quinn.

He is survived by: his wife Mildred I. Cox; his children, Lynn D. Spell (Kevin) and Steven R. Quinn (Pamela); and his brother George Quinn (Peg). He is also survived by five grandchildren, one great grandchild, and one great great grandchild.

Memorial donations may be made to Eastview Baptist Church or to the Land of Lincoln Honor Flight.
