He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Leroy; his grandparents, Harold and Elizabeth Gillard; his brother Richard "Tuba" Young; and his granddaughter Deane Carson Young.
He is survived by: his wife Kelli Rhoades; his children, Jace Peyton-Young (Dawn), Seth Young (Brenna), Kendra Kornack (Eric) and Rebekah Young; his mother Karen Schmidt (Robert); his grandchildren, Carson Allen, Gavin, Ryan, Austin, Dylan Kornack, Koty Casson, Ryken Call, Paisley, Seamus, Vada and Bexlie Young; and his nephew Jeremy Young.
