He is survived by: his sons, Raymond Keltner of Springfield, Jeff Keltner (Samtha Miller) of Springfield and Charles Keltner of Springfield; his grandchildren, Jeremy Keltner (Leandra) of Springfield, Alex of Springfield and Amanda Lane of Springfield; his great grandchildren, Chlo'e, Leah, Scarlette, Zoey, Grace and Chrisa; and his sister Eileen Brown (Richard Keltner) of Arkansas.
