He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Lockett and Betty Lockett; and his brother-in-law John Zook. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his sister Vicki Zook; his niece Darci Zook; and his nephew Clayton Zook (Shawna). He is also survived by children and many cousins.
