She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael C. Rock and Anna Rock (Kohlrus); her husband Charles Young; and her siblings, Dorothy Rock, Catherine Dressendorfer, Mary Vondebur, Dolores Walsh, Theresa Greeley, Michael J. and Joseph P. Rock.
She is survived by: her children, Charles H. Young III (Rebecca), Gary Michael Young, Geri Marie Cook (Randall), Dennis Christopher Young, Paul Joseph Young (Faye) and Anne Marie Henry (Lonnie). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Frances Cabrini Church (1020 N Milton Ave, Springfield, IL 62702). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
