She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto McMurray and Loretta McMurray (Ring); her husband Paul C. Falzone; her siblings, Alfred, Donald, Otto McMurray and Lawanda; and her son-in-law Marc Swiney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Whitehead of Springfield and Pam Swiney of Springfield; her granddaughters, Amber Whitehead (Joey Miller) of Springfield and Brandy Whitehead of Springfield; her great grandchildren, Kylie, JP and Mason; her son-in-law Jeff Whitehead of Springfield; and her sisters, Bonnie Lindsey of Springfield and Glenda Allison (Steve). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
