He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard R. Rugg and Charlotte E. DeWitt Rugg; and his siblings, Gerald Rugg, Sharon Hardy and Duane Rugg.
He is survived by: his wife Louella Rugg; his daughters, Janice Davis (Larry) of St. Charles, MO, Brenda Reavis (Chris) of Athens and Kerri Taylor (Mike) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Kalie, Tanner, Caden Reavis, Sydni Davis Farhat (Jordan), Noah and Elijah Taylor; his great grandchild Isaiah Farhat; and his siblings, Richard Rugg (Karen) of Goodyear, AZ and Bonnie Rugg of Sherman, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
