She was predeceased by: her parents, John Somers and Margaret Somers; and her sisters, Mary Feeney (Joe) and Therese Grady (John). She is survived by: her sister Geraldine Somers; and her friend Dominican. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:15 PM at the Sacred Heart Convent Chapel (1237 W Monroe St, Springfield, IL 62704). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Sacred Heart Convent Chapel, Dominican Father Robert Kelly (1237 W Monroe St, Springfield, IL 62704). A wake was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Roselawn Memorial Park (1735 S Camp Butler Rd, Springfield, IL 62707).
