He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick William and Adda Beth Buecker (Bradley); his spouse LaDean Spence; and his siblings, Harold "Dick" Buecker, Matthew Dale "Crit" Buecker and Mable Staley.

He is survived by: his children, Nancy Beth Buecker of Springfield and Bradley Joe Buecker (Nancy Pistorius) of Lawrence, Kansas; his grandchild Alyssa Buecker; and his sister Ramona June Goldstein of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
