It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Bailey Bertrand of Springfield, Illinois, born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bertrand and Elizabeth Glover Bertrand; and his half-sister Barbara Curtis. He is survived by: his children, Marcus Bertrand of Petersburg, Michael Bertrand (Melissa) of Port St, Mason Bertrand of Auburn, Mattison Bertrand of Springfield, McKenzie Bertrand of Springfield and Makayla Bertrand of Springfield; and his half-brother James B. Clark, Jr.. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren.
