She is survived by: her children, Constance Dampier, Steven Imlay (Beth), Kimberly Earl Suiter (Dave) and Leslie Claycomb III; her spouse Leslie Claycomb Jr.; and her siblings, Sandra K Luster and Gregory L Horn (Cindy). She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren.
