She is survived by: her parents, Dr. James W. and Christie M. Davis (Melchior); her former husband Joshua Siterlet; her husband Josh; her children, Charlotte, William and Levi; her siblings, Jennifer Ward (Brad) of Fishers, IN, Bethany Mumbower (Jake) of Springfield and Joshua James Davis of Cooper City, FL; and her grandparents, Paul, Vicky Davis of Springfield, Edward and Jackie Melchior of St. Louis, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to an Educational Fund for Angela and Josh's children, c/o Josh Siterlet.
