He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Lentz; his son Greg Maxwell of Springfield; his siblings, Bob Maxwell (late Jan) of Rochester, IL, Sharon Stickel (Jim), Marilyn Kuykendall of Springfield, Tom Maxwell (Jannie) and Jimmy Maxwell of Springfield; his siblings-in-law, Donna Maxwell (late Phil) of Springfield, Stan Lentz (Tracy) of Lake Zurich, IL, Kevin Lentz (Cindy) of Glenview, IL and Luann Griffin (late J.) of Glenarm, IL; and his pet Cole. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
